Description

Apply 360° rolling labeling method,to achieve on the plane of various workpieces labeling, Such as cosmetics flat bottles, square bottles, hexagonal bottles, prismatic bottles labeling etc.

Modifying the labeling head, can be used for labeling on uneven surface, such as prism surface, arc surface labeling etc.

Mould is customized to suit for various irregular workpieces labeling. Optional ribbon coding machine and hot stamp printer, can be added to the labeler head, can print MFG, EXP and LOT on labels at the same time while labeling.

The coding machine or inkjet machine can be selected to the labeling head to print the production date, batch number, bar code and other information on the label.

The standard machine comes with one set of molds, additional molds cost $60 each.

Introduction

Operation process

Manual operation:

put the bottle to the machine → press foot switch → press top mechanism go down, press the bottle → come out a label → labeling → standard labeled → press top mechanism go up → take out the bottle

Automatic operation:

put the bottle to the machine → test object electric eyes detect has a bottle in place → press top mechanism go down, press the bottle → come out a label → labeling→ standard labeled → press top mechanism go up → take out the bottle
