This full automatic bottle labeling machine is good for single side and double side labeling on round bottles. It has high working efficiency, can label about 60 bottles/min. This machine can be connected to automatic filling machine and capping machine to achieve automated production. It is good for adhesive sticker but not suitable for glue label or the shrink label. It is suitable for metal bottles, glass bottles and widely used in food, beverage, cosmetic pharmaceutical industries.

This machine is made with PLC control panel, digital display makes it more convenient to adjust working parameter like labeling speed, label length etc. The emergency stop button can be used to stop the machine in emergency and ensure the operation safety.
Equipped with bottle separating component, this can be used to separate bottle one by one, make the labeling work be in order.
High quality labeling component, the height of labeling rolls can be adjusted according to labeling position, this can improve labeling accuracy, makes sure there is no bubble under label stickers.
